USAFE TACANs V1

This add-on introduces USAFE TACANs and select airfield recovery waypoints to both Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024. It visually represents TACAN transmitter and receiver towers at specified locations, unless such models already exist from other sceneries. The package is essential for TACAN-based approaches in conjunction with the PAR_REC_V2 Precision Approach Talkdown module, specifically supporting Bitburg AFB. Aircraft without dedicated TACAN can utilize the provided VHF frequencies for navigation.
