Universal Layout Manager

Universal Layout Manager is a standalone tool designed to assist MSFS 2020 developers in managing and validating layout.json, manifest.json, aircraft.cfg, and livery.json files. It automates package scanning and file structure updates to prevent common issues such as infinite loading screens and texture errors. Editing of aircraft.cfg and livery.json files is only supported for MSFS 2020, while layout and manifest editing features are theoretically compatible with MSFS 2024.
