BKH Lienz

This add-on introduces a helipad at the Lienz District Hospital, which is missing from the default Microsoft Flight Simulator scenery. The implementation provides a basic yet functional landing area for helicopter operations at this location. The scenery is designed to enhance immersion for hospital transport and rescue flight scenarios. No additional features or objects are included beyond the helipad itself.
