El Nido Terminal exclusion

This add-on removes the default Microsoft Flight Simulator building at El Nido Airport RPEN. It is designed to provide a more accurate airport layout by excluding autogenerated structures. Installation requires unzipping and placing the file in the Community folder. Compatibility with MSFS 2020 has not been tested.
