EDDM Enhancement - Closures according to NOTAM

This add-on updates Munich Airport EDDM to reflect current taxiway and construction closures in accordance with active NOTAMs. It includes closures of TWY A14, TWY M between A13 and A15, TWY N3, and part of Taxiway E2, with validity periods as published. All modifications use standard MSFS2024 materials and do not require external dependencies. The scenery is primarily designed for MSFS2024 and aims to keep pace with changing NOTAMs.
