Abancay Aerodrome
Abancay Aerodrome is a high-altitude dirt airstrip in Apurimac, Peru, recreated with detailed terraforming and accurate runway profiles. Situated at 13,002 feet, the airport features challenging terrain with distinct runway edge lines to aid visibility. It is known as both Tamburco Airport and Aeródromo de Abancay, and uses a combination of ICAO and GA airstrip codes. This location does not have parking, serving primarily for arrivals and departures of small aircraft.
