Kagga Kamma Airfield (FAKA)

Kagga Kamma Airfield is a remote gravel airstrip located in South Africa's Cederberg mountains, serving the Kagga Kamma Private Nature Reserve. The airfield features two hard-gravel runways at 900 and 1200 meters and operates without a control tower or lighting. Pilots can expect dramatic red-rock landscapes and occasional wildlife on the strip. The area is also known for ancient San rock art and exceptionally dark night skies.
