Kai Tak Buildings fix

This add-on provides a scenery fix for the Kowloon area near the former Kai Tak Airport in Hong Kong. It removes 16 buildings that are not historically accurate and may obstruct the view of runway PAPIs or final approach sightlines. The modification is designed to be compatible with other Kai Tak and Hong Kong sceneries. It aims to improve realism for approaches and landings at the historic airport site.
