Terrain Following Radar - NOE gauge

This add-on introduces a toolbar panel gauge designed for terrain-following and NOE or canyon flying, displaying a color-coded, aircraft-relative topographic map. The gauge highlights collision risks based on the aircraft's altitude relative to surrounding terrain, offering real-time updates as you fly. It loads terrain maps dynamically and can work worldwide, with support for custom geotiff/topo maps. Operation requires a dedicated map server, with options for map storage and manual configuration provided.
