Lagaw Kuyup Rescue Service-inspired livery for H145 partial-Action Pack

This livery pack adds Lagaw Kuyup Rescue Service-inspired designs to the Hype Performance Group Airbus H145 Action Pack, based on artwork by Alick Tipoti for Queensland Health. The liveries reflect those of the Leonardo AW139 helicopters at Horn Island, used in the Torres Strait and Northern Cape York Peninsula. Two color variations are included, replicating the VH-8HB and VH-8HD aircraft. Variants are provided for HEMS, Firefighter, and Offshore configurations, with limitations on color selection and no support for military versions.
