HPG H-145 HEMS LEE County MedStar

This add-on features the HPG H-145 helicopter in the livery of Lee County MEDSTAR, a former publicly operated critical care air ambulance service in Southwest Florida. MEDSTAR provided emergency medical transport across over 1,000 square miles, including the region's barrier islands. The service was known for its specialized crew and both air and ground units before transitioning to private management. The included livery reflects the helicopter's last operational state from 2009.
