HPG H-145 HEMS Alabama Childrens CareFlight QB1

This add-on recreates the HPG H-145 helicopter in the livery of Alabama Children’s CARE Flight, a dedicated pediatric and neonatal critical care transport service. The model features a twin-engine Airbus H145 equipped for instrument flight and advanced weather conditions. The helicopter, known as QB1, is named in honor of a local philanthropic group. Designed for MSFS, installation is completed by placing the files in the community folder.
