XCub RPM fix

This add-on corrects the RPM behavior in all CubCrafters XCub variants, allowing users to reach maximum RPM without needing to gain speed first. The fix addresses inaccuracies in the default aircraft engine management. Installation is done by placing the mod in the Community folder. The change aims to improve realism for XCub virtual pilots.
