Pitts S2 rpm fix

This mod corrects the engine RPM behavior for the Pitts S2 in Microsoft Flight Simulator. It allows full throttle RPM without the unrealistic requirement of increasing airspeed first. The fix addresses an accuracy issue with engine response. Installation is done by placing the file in the Community folder.
