HPG H-145 Care Force one

This add-on features the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital's dedicated pediatric medical transport helicopter, Care Force One, based on the Airbus EC145. The aircraft was introduced in 2026 and serves critical care transport missions for pediatric patients. Its memorable name was chosen through a community contest, inspired by a young local girl. The add-on brings this specialized and distinctive medical helicopter to Microsoft Flight Simulator.
