Simple fix to re-open all closed runways if needed at default airports. (removes yellow crosses)

A simple mod that removes closed runway X marks at default airports, allowing for a cleaner runway appearance. While it addresses the issue, it may also remove other yellow-colored runway elements such as chevrons. This mod is useful for those who prefer open runways without distractions. Please note that it may not work properly with other runway texture enhancement mods.
