DWC Circuit reporting points & VM4

This add-on provides DWC Circuit and VM4 reporting points for VFR operations near DWC, tailored for use with ATC procedures on Runway 13 and Runway 31. It enhances map accuracy and integration with Garmin avionics such as the G1000 NXi. The included waypoints may not fully match real-world positions and are intended for simulation purposes only. Some search and waypoint identification issues may occur within the simulator.
