HPG H-145 HEMS ECU Health Children's

This add-on features the ECU Health livery for the HPG H145 helicopter, operated in partnership with EastCare and the James and Connie Maynard Children’s Hospital. It represents North Carolina's first medical transport helicopter dedicated to pediatric and neonatal patients. Includes custom ECU flight suit textures. Installation is done by moving the extracted folder into the community directory.
