Calm Intro 2 - still images

This add-on replaces the Microsoft Flight Simulator intro video with a sequence of still images taken from the original. It eliminates moving graphics to reduce stuttering during startup. An optional version with a fixed two-minute display timer is included. All images are sourced from Microsoft and Asobo.
