Phoenix II - United States Navy - Blackbird C130-J30

This add-on features a semi-fictional representation of the EC-130J Phoenix II, a next-generation United States Navy airborne command aircraft intended to replace the aging E6-B Mercury fleet. The model is based on current renderings, as the real aircraft has not yet been completed by Lockheed. It is designed for continuity of communications in critical situations and can operate from a variety of runway types. Two visual variants are included, featuring either a white or black nose.
