KSFO runway 1R construction for GlideslopePro and Flightbeam

This add-on simulates the closure and ongoing construction of runway 1R at San Francisco International Airport in the GlideslopePro scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Construction equipment and clutter are placed on the closed runway, and relevant runway lighting including the PAPI has been disabled. Traffic is realistically diverted to runways 28L and 28R.
