Douglas DC-3/C-47 Swedish Air Force #79001

This add-on features a repaint of the Douglas DC-3 in the livery of Swedish Air Force C-47B #79001, involved in the 1952 Catalina affair. The aircraft participated in signals intelligence missions before being shot down over the Baltic Sea during a Cold War incident. The repaint is based on bare metal textures and reflects the aircraft’s historical appearance. The real DC-3’s wreckage is displayed at the Swedish Air Force Museum.
