Enhancement for LICJ - Palermo Airport by MSFS

This enhancement modifies LICJ Palermo Airport with updated apron layout and assigns airline parking positions based on real-world operations. One cargo parking stand is added, and airline-designated stands reflect Wikipedia data for destinations. The add-on does not replace original scenery files and can be easily installed or removed. It is tested for compatibility with Palermo Airport by MSFS version 1.0.2 and MSFS2020 1.39.12.
