RJCC - KAPI New Chitose Enhancement for BATC

This add-on enhances KAPI's New Chitose Airport in Microsoft Flight Simulator by refining taxiway routing, runway logic, and parking types to improve compatibility with external traffic injectors such as BeyondATC. The package corrects approach lights and removes redundant hold-short nodes, optimizing the airport for realistic AI and user traffic. Installation requires the original KAPI New Chitose scenery as a dependency. Built for MSFS2020, the add-on has been tested with MSFS2024 and BeyondATC.
