EDDS RDPresents Tree Fix

This add-on removes misplaced trees at the start of runways 07 and 25 and between the runway and taxiways at RDpresents EDDS Manfred Rommel Stuttgart Airport. It is designed to work specifically with the payware version of RDpresents EDDS available from major stores. The terrain remains unchanged as only tree removal is addressed. Developed using the 2024 SDK for compatibility with recent simulator updates.
