North American B-25B USAAF Doolittle Raid 40-2283

This add-on features a repaint for the Aeroplane Heaven North American B-25B, representing aircraft 40-2283 from the historic Doolittle Raid on April 18, 1942. The livery is based on the fifth aircraft to launch from the USS Hornet, crewed by Captain D.M. Jones and his team. The aircraft participated in the raid on Tokyo before the crew bailed out safely in China. The repaint is created by Jan Kees Blom.
