CFF4 Great Bear Lakes

This add-on enhances the default CFF4 Great Bear Lake Airfield based on user requests. Improvements include PAPI lights at both runway ends, new runway lighting, and updated runway and ramp colors to better match real-life appearance. Additional vehicles and ramp clutter have also been added for increased realism. The modification aims to provide a more accurate and detailed representation of the airfield.
