FPS LKMT Upgraded

This add-on enhances Leoš Janáček Airport (LKMT) in Ostrava, focusing on gameplay improvements. It removes obstructive static aircraft, adds spawn positions, and reconnects TWY A for better virtual ATC interactions. Visual updates include new runway and taxiway signs. Note that the original LKMT scenery by Flying Partners Slovakia is required for this upgrade.
