ILS FIX for EBOS Oostende (for Freeware by JanCuypersRIP)

This add-on provides a fix for the ILS frequencies at EBOS Oostende airport, updating them to the new real-world values of 111.55 for RWY 08 and 111.3 for RWY 26. It achieves this by editing a nearby heliport and adding two new ILS systems; however, the old frequencies remain available. Users may need to manually override the frequency selection in certain aircraft to access the updated frequencies. Compatibility is confirmed for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, with uncertainty regarding older versions.
