Hospitals in the Sauerland, Part 3

This add-on features the last set of hospitals from the Hochsauerland series, including St. Walburga Hospital in Meschede, Maria Hilf Hospital in Warstein, and Klinikum Hochsauerland in Arnsberg. Each hospital is designed to closely resemble its real-life counterpart and is equipped with nighttime lighting and designated helicopter landing sites. A temporary landing area has been created for the Elisabeth Hospital in Hüsten to support various helicopter missions.
