LFBO - Flightbeam Toulouse enhancement for BATC

This add-on enhances Toulouse-Blagnac Airport (LFBO) with specific taxiway adjustments for improved external traffic injection in MSFS2024 using BeyondATC and other traffic systems. It includes changes to runway starts and hold short positions to optimize operational flow. The enhancement requires the Flightbeam/Jetstream LFBO package and is compatible with popular traffic add-ons such as FSLTL and AIG. Installation is straightforward by placing the ZIP file into the Community folder.
