This add-on introduces a fictional private mansion located approximately 4nm SSW of Nadzab airport in Morobe Province, Papua New Guinea. It features two helipads and an adjacent dock with a seaplane base, designed for virtual aviation enthusiasts. Although primarily a personal project for the creators virtual aviation company, it is available for use by others seeking a unique flying destination.
