INSTALLATION:

1-press windows key+r at the same time
2-copy and paste this   %appdata%
3-extract the ZIP to the Vortex plugins folder: C:\Users\<YourUser>\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\plugins
4-open vortex go to game section and search motor town behind the wheel
