(Abandoned)Atlas 8x8

This update finally brings new differentials to the Atlas Dump!
You now have 2X Front Differential and 2X Rear Differential
It still has lockable differentials and an engageable AWD drivetrain

Doesn't change the name, just the drivetrain
You get RWD-Open AWD-Open RWD-Locked and AWD-Locked
While locked your gear ratio goes up to 3.19, just like in vanilla vehicles with that function
