Increased Military Supply Box Spawn Rate

By default, the military supply boxes spawn at the military base very slowly, one by one, and it takes upwards of 20 minuets per box to spawn. They take a long time to spawn and only offer 1,900 coins per delivery, it was not viable. Now the job is more viable as boxes spawn much more often.

the mod should be compatible with all my mods and generally most other mods.
