В этом сборнике улучшений присутствует большой пакет высококачественных текстуры, что в результате сильно изменяет игровой мир с целью приблизить общую визуальную картину к реальности и естественности. Помимо этого в моде присутствует улучшение которые влияют на погоду, дождь теперь может быть проливным или легким, а утром и вечером иногда вы сможете наблюдать туман. В звуковое оформление вошли дорожные и природные шумы, звуки аварии, музыки в гараже и много других любопытных изменений. Кроме нового пакета звуков была отрегулирована и громкость звучания таким образом, чтобы ощущения от игры были более четкими. При игре из кабины для многих игроков громкость звука была недостаточна, поэтому внутри грузовика так же был отрегулирован баланс. При использовании этого дополнения рекомендуется отключить HDR и цветокоррекцию в настройках игры, таким образом вы повысите общее качество графики. Этот мод совместим с картой Truck Sim 5.3 и состоит из двух частей, первая часть – Real ENV V4.5 отвечает за графику, а вторая Real ENV sound V4.5 за звук. Для установки мода необходимо закачать оба файла в папку mod и подключить их в профиле, кроме этого вы можете чередовать их использование, к примеру подключить только новую графику активировав первую часть или только звук активировав вторую. Для большей совместимости с другими дополнениями рекомендуется размещать файлы данного мода последними в списке модов добавив к их именам несколько символов z.
