Wombat - Voice Navigation

I found an old video on the Wombat Trucker Youtube channel showing how to make your own voice navigation. I downloaded the old broken mod and updated it because it seemed like a good idea. Then I decided it would be a good idea to share it with other people who might like it. I will take it down if Wombat or someone authorized by Wombat contacts me and asks me to.
