Viva Malta - ProMods RC + FIX

this mod is obsolete from Viva Malta 2.2

Feature of this mod:

Fixes all of the issues (I couldn't fix pink textures on few models, sorry) and adapts the mod to 1.50
Replaces Viva Malta's Valletta with ProMods' Valletta
