You must have in mod folder two files. For low frequency: sport_cars_traffic_pack_by_TrafficManiac_v1.1base.scs sport_cars_traffic_pack_by_TrafficManiac_v1.1low.scs
For normal frequency: sport_cars_traffic_pack_by_TrafficManiac_v1.1base.scs sport_cars_traffic_pack_by_TrafficManiac_v1.1norm.scs
