Added license plates for Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam (thanks to Kiri for their contributions). Added a text document containing links for mega combo map (thanks to Lyonzyi_Leonid5 for their hard work) simply open the document and copy the links to play with the combined large maps. Added toll signs at toll stations in Vietnam. Fixed navigation pathfinding issues (specifically, excessive loading times). Removed ferries connecting to the Southeast Asia map (when using the mega combo map, there are now direct road connections allowing you to drive from Europe to the Southeast Asia region).
