Police Tweaks for ETS2 [Hard Mode]

A mod focused on tweaking Police system to be realistic and less annoying. This is the hard version of original Police Tweaks mod and intended for players who thinks the game feels too easy for you.
Features
All fines are now doubled
You start with 50% fines on Level 0, maximum 200% fine amount on progression
Speeding violation fines are now doubled depending on your speed
Fines are now doubled normally upon police detection
Delays between Avoid sleeping, No lights during night, Speeding fine cooldown are now halved
Re-enabled non-police fines for no lights violation
Speed cameras now have 90% chance to fine you
Supports Euro Truck Simulator 2 1.58 and above
Known Issue
Sometimes 10 seconds delay before speeding fine for police vehicles may or may not work as intended - Unfortunately this one cannot be fixed from my side, please report that to SCS Software to fix it
