The pack only tweaks speed limits – emergency vehicles, motorcycles and sport cars now obey more realistic caps, while regular AI traffic keeps its original limits. Traffic lights have been re‑timed: the yellow phase after green is longer, and on 1×2 or 2×1 intersections the two‑lane approach gets a longer green than the single‑lane side, so flow feels smoother without any extra mod. Slow‑moving cars show up sparingly on single‑lane roads, but you’ll see them more often on country routes. Classic cars and vintage motorcycles also wander country roads at reduced speeds, adding a nostalgic vibe. Finally, AI drivers can overtake on simple continuous lines on 1×1 roads, making overtaking feel more natural.
