Rhineland Map - ProMods Connector

Road connection and fixes to make Rhineland Map (Rhineland Map 1:19 for Euro Truck Simulator 2 - TruckyMods) compatible with ProMods.

Not allowed on websites other than truckymods.io! Reuploads will be reported.
Tested with ProMods 2.73 and RhinelandMap 1.0.2 on 1.53.
Some nearby ProMods roads had to be deleted, this is due to ProMods having a complex road network in the same sectors as RLM and can’t be fixed! If you aren’t satisfied, you are invited to create a better connector.
