Realistic tires wear for ETS2 1.61

Description: This mod makes tire wear irreversible at 100% at the 200000+ km mark, just like in real life. Tire wear still depends on the model used, and the penalty is also applied after 60% of the mileage. Works with almost all versions of the game.
