Project Ultimate Weather 1.59 – 1.60

This is a custom SCS weather rework designed to improve the overall atmosphere and visual quality of the game. It includes a fully custom weather definition with 8 sunny (non-rain) skyboxes and 4 overcast rain skyboxes, giving more variety and a more natural look across all conditions. Lighting and sky colors have been adjusted to stay true to the SCS style while making everything feel more immersive and consistent.
