With no cop around, there is no chance of a fine for: Driving without lights Passing a red light Speeding (without a speed camera) And lowered chances for: Driving the wrong way (40% down from 60% – if no cop is around, someone may still call emergency) Speeding past a speed camera (90% instead of 100%) In addition to this the time before the first speeding fine is increased, giving you a chance to slow down, and the time between sleep avoiding fines is increased.
