Tweaks police fines and probability Most fine chances for when there is no cop around removed or lowered. No more double fines if a cop spots you. With no cop around, there is no chance of a fine for: Driving without lights Passing a red light And Lowered Chances For: Driving the wrong way (40% down from 60% – if no cop is around, someone may still call emergency) Speeding past a speed camera (90% instead of 100%) In addition to this the time before the first speeding fine is increased, giving you a chance to slow down, and the time between sleep avoiding fines is increased.
