Merkinė add-on for Promods

This MAP adds Merkinė city in promods based map. Promods and RUSMAP are REQUIRED!!!!!!
This is first try of mapping, city is totaly fictional, dont expect matching reality, thanks ;)
Works in map combos well, but should have high priority :D
