Daytime sees a bustling road network, while night traffic thins out. Road‑wide traffic caps are raised, giving highways and city streets a livelier feel. Urban areas now host noticeably more vehicles, and the AI drivers behave a bit smarter, keeping to lanes and reacting more naturally. Overall, the roads feel far more alive.
