Exhausts and Tuning Parts for Trucks v 2.0

Added support to:
— New Scania R & S by SCS + MDM and 50k addons — DAF XF 105 by 50k – new chassis — MAN TGX 2010 by XBS – new chassis – Added 8 “tuning parts” for interior back panel (together now is: 170) – Few small fixes.
